Erin graduated from the University of Iowa with degrees in Economics and MIS. She has experience working as a developer, designer and team leader on a variety of projects from small company websites to large governmental projects. In her spare time, she likes to dream up new product ideas to bounce off of the rest of the team.

Rose brings a diverse set of skills to the ET team. As our quality assurance specialist, she provides an extra set of eyes to keep our quality high, and she also handles many of the administrative tasks necessary to keep the office running smoothly such as bookkeeping and purchasing.

James is a graduate of Central College in Pella and an entrepreneur himself. When he's not working on one of his startup ventures, he helps set the technical direction at ET and keeps us moving forward. His interests and skills include mobile development, Ruby, and cool new development methodologies.
